The Regulation of Investigatory Powers (Covert Human Intelligence Sources: Matters Subject to Legal Privilege) Order 2010: Web Version
Coming into force 18 Feb 2010
Section 29 of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000 (“the 2000 Act”) makes provision for the granting of authorisations for the conduct or the use of a covert human intelligence source. This Order exercises the power conferred on the Secretary of State by section 29(2)(c) and (7)(b) to impose additional requirements that must be satisfied before an authorisation is granted (or renewed) under that section. |
The Housing and Regeneration Act 2008 (Consequential Provisions) Order 2010 (Draft)
This Order makes amendments to, and repeals of, provisions in primary legislation that make reference to registered social landlords in England and the Housing Corporation and also in consequence of the coming into force of certain provisions of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008. These amendments and repeals are in addition to those in the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008 itself.
Part 2 of the Act sets out the functions of the Regulator of Social Housing and a new regulatory regime for registered providers of social housing.

The Housing and Regeneration Act 2008 (Registration of Local Authorities) Order 2010 (Draft)(council housing, council performance, housing, housing allocation, housing, England and wales, social housing, UK Statutory Instruments)
This Order makes provision for the registration of English local housing authorities and county councils under Part 2 of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008 (c.17), by the Regulator of Social Housing. Part 2 of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008 regulates English providers of social housing.
