BTEC Professional Award in Restorative Justice Approaches - BTEC Level 4

        

Professional Award qualification for senior practitioners and senior staff, delivered by some of the UK’s leading experts in crime and restorative justice.

This strategic course is designed to ensure that senior practitioners, managers or senior case workers are effectively qualified to understand approaches to delivering restorative justice.

This qualification will equip non case working managers to manage investigative and restorative justice teams.

The course covers what restorative justice is, how to create strategies and systems, how to implement RJ approaches, referral and delivery systems as well as working in partnership to deliver RJ in your area.

The course consists of 30 hours of learning, made up as follows:

- Pre-course assignment - 8 hours

- 2 tutorial training days - 14 hours

- Post-course work place assignment - 8 hours

Overnight accommodation will be provided on the 10th of July on campus along with all meals on the two days being included.
