Riverside - Top marks for stamping out anti-social behaviour
A housing team that is helping to stamp out anti social behaviour in Merseyside is the first in the country to achieve a qualification to recognise their skills.
The Riverside colleagues gained their BTEC Level 5 Supervisor’s award in Neighbourhood Nuisance and Anti-Social Behaviour Case Work Supervision, run by Safety Net Associates.
Christine said: “The course helped us to focus on our existing knowledge and we could apply our studies to real life situations. We are all more confident in our skills and abilities and can help others deal more effectively with cases of anti-social behaviour in our communities.”
